Each bench listing will include its specific sizing within the post itself, as dimensions may vary. Some benches may be slightly larger than the original listing to accommodate different lettering or names.

All orders are handmade, which means letters or arms that are cut out by hand may not be perfectly identical. This is what makes each product unique—no two benches are exactly the same! We do our absolute best to ensure every item is as equal, similar, and polished as possible; however, as we all know, nothing is truly perfect.

Please make sure that all information you provide when placing an order through a listing is completely accurate. If we need to clarify any details, we may contact you via Etsy, email, or phone number.

Our benches are made from timber. If you order an unpainted product, you will need to varnish it as soon as possible to achieve a long-lasting finish, and we recommend sanding and re-varnishing it annually.

The same care applies to painted benches; however, they typically last much longer. The paint we use is waterproof and designed to last up to five years. For best results and to extend the life of your bench, we recommend repainting it periodically.

Shipping and delivery times may vary, as all products are made to order. We aim to have orders ready within two weeks, with delivery following shortly after; however, this timeframe cannot always be guaranteed. If we anticipate any delays, we will do our best to keep all customers updated.
