Frequently asked questions
How many characters can you fit on a family ornament?
That really depends on which ornament you are choosing. Different designs can accommodate more characters than others. Most designs can accommodate at least 6-7 characters. If in doubt, send us a message with how many characters and which design you are wanting and we can go from there.
Can I change certain aspects of characters like skin colour or hair colour?
Unfortunately not. The characters you see listed under "Character Choices" are fixed and must remain as is.
Do you offer custom family ornaments?
Unfortunately at this time we are not. However, we are always taking suggestions so feel free to message us with what design you are wanting and we can see if it is possible.
That being said, if you are wanting an ornament with characters from different designs of family ornaments then that's totally fine. Mismatching current designs is definitely doable.
Did your shipping rates change?
Yes! We are now able to offer free shipping on our ornaments (the price change reflects this). Our US shipping rates have drastically decreased having switched from USPS Priority Mail to USPS First Class Mail and so we are able to take this cost savings and give back to our customers. That being said, on larger orders, we will have to revert back to USPS Priority Mail (as there are weight restrictions on using First Class Mail) but the customer will not see any extra shipping charge at checkout.
