Please allow 4-8 weeks to fulfill custom order requests after materials arrive. Order completion times vary depending on the arrival of materials.

Payment via Etsy: Full non-refundable payment must be made upfront.

Payment via Venmo: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the other 50% to be paid upon completion.

Payment via PayPal: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the other 50% to be paid upon completion. A 3% processing fee will be added.

Items will not be shipped until payment had been paid in full. Please allow 3-5 days after payments clears for processing and shipping.

All handcrafted jewelry is packaged with care in a natural colored gift box, along with a polishing cloth, gemstone information card(s), and jewelry care card for safe keeping. All jewelry treasures are shipped in a durable bubble envelope.

If you would like to include a special message to your loved one, please contact me directly. I offer letter services which include a hand typed letter with the words of your choosing. ❤️

In order to avoid shipping costs, you have the option to pick up your jewelry directly from me. If this option is desired, please contact me directly.

I do not accept return or exchange requests on any items unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If an item arrives damaged, please notify me within 24 hours upon delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.

Please read item descriptions and overview carefully. If more pictures are desired, feel free to contact me.

Buyers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs— this goes for all purchases, worldwide.

Buyers are responsible for VAT, Customs, or tax charges upon item arrival.

**UE Buyers have 14 days upon arrival of products to return items only if they are defective upon arrival. Buyer must contact me immediately if an item shows up damaged. Any item damages made after arrival are to be paid by the buyer.**

We ask that you please read item descriptions thoroughly.

Please refer to a ruler, or measuring tape for a visual reference on sizing. This will give a clear idea on the size of your desired piece.

*AVOID CONTACT WITH MOISTURE*
perfumes, chemicals, hairsprays, excessive sweat, body lotions, liquid of any kind (unless cleaning)

*WHEN NOT IN USE*
store in its original gift box, container, or ziplock bag of your choosing

*CLEANING*
gently wash with lukewarm, soapy water using a toothbrush or cotton cloth, dry thoroughly, then gently polish using the polishing cloth included with your treasure

*WHAT NOT TO DO*
Jewelry cleaners are not to be used, as they may harm the included gemstone(s).
Do not soak your jewelry.

Ready to ship pieces will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment, unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order pieces will ship within 5-7 business day of receiving cleared payment.

*All domestic orders will be shipped first class mail with tracking. Insurance will be provided on orders $200+
*International orders ship with USPS first class International
*Shipping upgrades available upon request

International Buyers: I am not responsible for the customs charges or tax levied in another country. The buyer is responsible to pay any VAT, customs, or added tax, and should be aware of international shipment limits set in their own country. The buyer chooses upon item(s) purchase(d) to pay the duty over the set limit.
