When choosing shipping options for an Intl delivery address, keep in mind we have no control over the speed in which the package gets delivered. Depending on where you live, the delivery time for 1st Class int'l shipping can be anywhere from 7days to over 30 days. With 1st Class there is no guaranteed tracking, insurance nor ability to apply for refund if not delivered thru USPS. If you choose Priority the delivery time is usually 7-14 days and it comes with trackable insurance that if not delivered, a claim can be filed for USPS to issue a refund.

First, please understand, we only buy quality name brand underwear. We will not buy cheaply made underwear, we want these to last for you, beyond the first wash. Being a small shop, to pass the savings of the "good deal" on to you, this means we pick up a few here, a few there, from various brands, sizes and styles. And thusly, we are not able to offer specific brands or colors as we may not have it in your size. This is why you see a variety of photos with different brands of which we currently stock. If you are looking for a specific brand or color, please note it in the shopping cart and if we have that choice in your size, we'll use that item, otherwise we reserve the right to choose from the inventory we currently stock in your size.

We are very aware of the need for discrete shipping/packaging. Thereby we ship in plain brown boxes/envelopes, with your name/address and Etsy/BulletBriefs Shipping Dept. as the return address. There is nothing on the outside stating what is on the inside of the box. For our Int'l customers, the customs document will state for description: "Personal Apparel" for clothing; underwear and harnesses, "Foam Pad" for EZ bulge and "Non liquid silicone gel mold" for our silicone packers.

All of our items are sized in US men's standard sizing. If you are unaware of what size you wear in any of our gear, please feel free to message us and we'll help you choose the correct size. Our harnesses are made to fit around at the area right below your belly button, so sizing for harnesses may not be what jean size you wear as the waistband sits at the top of your butt and sizing may be larger than your "waist" size. Again, feel free to message us and we'll assist. If you are unsure of what size underwear you need, some folks go and purchase an inexpensive pair of men's boxers to make sure you are ordering the right size. We want to get you into the right size as our gear is not returnable/exchangeable since these are personal apparel.

When sewing our inserts, we make every attempt to use same colored thread so that there is little to no notice that an insert has been sewn in from the front of the underwear. However, some underwear have multiple colors and you may see thread color on the front fly area or waistband. Being that these garments are "UNDER" wear, no one will see the boxers/trunks. They pass the Locker Room test, worn by many customers in men's locker rooms wearing their packer/STP. We are a small shop, making hand made items, and hope that our products will help you with your journey, and are in no way a mass manufactured "perfect" product.

All of our gear is custom made to order, by your specifications. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations after 24 hrs of the order placement. Especially on any of our silicone prosthetics. These are not shelf ready items. Each one is made by your design and color choice, so after 24 hours, it is in our production schedule. Since all of our items are intimate, personal made to be worn, we don't accept returns as we have to consider them "used/worn" as soon as they leave the shop.
