2 out of 5 starsFor the price, I expected better. This is really horribly made and looks nothing like the photos - more like a very young child made this at camp. Seller refuses to issue refund for return and is using her policy to avoid delivering quality products. Low quality and horrible customer service - really not the way to run a business.

If Etsy could let the seller's leave a review on their customers, Just to warn us of how they conducted themselves in the past would be great. One word. "Karen" from hell, I've never met anyone just this mean and nasty. Hurling insults before I even had a chance to try and resolve the issue. Calling my work garbage. Why even Buy handmade items. I've never had any issues with any pieces that I've sold. And I'm sure none of them are perfect. Probably a little lumpy here and there but I worked hard on each one. :) And I'm still perfecting my craft today. I have many amazing things planned for my shop. I won't be discouraged by this. I'll use it as fuel to work even harder! Etsy reimbursed you, which I'm happy with. Please do not buy from me again.
