Custom and personalized orders
Yes we can! You can add a name, team number - just ask- and it's probably something we can do. These orders may take a bit longer to complete and ship. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your request. We can set up a custom listing for your order for you to review and approve before you purchase. We can only customize before you place an order. The customization art will be set up and approved by customer, and created as a separate custom item- please do not make custom requests in the notes with your order.
Sizing details
Please see the sizing/color chart located in listing photos for information pertaining to available shirt options. Please ask us before ordering if you are unsure as the last thing we want is for you to be dis-satisfied with your purchase.
The best way to determine correct size and fit is to find a garment that fits you well, and measure it across the chest when flat, and from top to bottom and compare to the sizing chart. Please check sizing carefully, as we are a small shop and are not able to offer exchanges and returns because all items are printed custom on demand when they are ordered.
Care instructions
For apparel, towels and drawstring bags: Especially when the garment is 100% cotton - High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe. Hand washing will ensure that the image is best preserved. Insulated tumblers should be hand washed.
Are you able to do gift wrapping?
All product designs are our own, but we use an outside printer and drop shipper, and therefore we are unable to provide gift wrapping. You can enter a custom message that will be printed on the shipping label.
DTG Printing Process
We choose premium fabrics for our apparel that are highly rated by customers and use a direct-to-garment method of printing. You may notice an off-white residue and vinegar smell on your apparel. Don't worry! It's from a harmless fixation agent applied during printing and it's not permanent. It's needed so ink bonds with the fabric. You can think of it sort of like applying a primer before painting a wall. The fixation agent can sometimes leave a faint square imprint around the print, and other small white marks on the garment. You may also notice a vinegar smell. The solution is simply to wash the garment - neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. All inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Each of our products is created, printed and fulfilled on demand as ordered. We are not able to guarantee any fulfillment times, and shipping may also take longer than expected. Usually it takes 3–8 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. After production, our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
Do you guarantee receipt by a certain date?
Customers will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number when their package ships. We always obtain Delivery Confirmation for each shipment, but cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation please let us know and we will do our best to assist in obtaining information on its whereabouts.
We think our product is worth the wait, but if this is a special gift that just has to get there on time, please know that we can't make any guarantees, and we thank you for considering our shop.
Do you offer rush shipping?
We work with an outside printer and shipper, and are unable to offer rush shipping - standard shipping only. Please see shipping and fulfillment guidelines.
What is your typical turnaround for orders?
Your order will typically be sent out 3-8 business days after the day of your order. Please note that you should factor shipping into when you receive your order. Typical shipping times are:

What steps are you taking to be eco-friendly?
Each unique product you see in our shop is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste. Our printing partner's high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers. The inks we use for printing are vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals.Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good both for the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting.
