Custom and personalized orders
Please make sure to check your spelling for any typos. We will put your personalization exactly how you wrote it. We will not sent you a proof, if you wish to see proof before we proceed with the order please request one. Make sure you are checking your email and respond quickly to avoid any unnecessary delays in delivering your order.
My Product arrived broken what now?
If your product arrived broken please message us right away!
Please attach pictures of packaging and the broken order.
We ship most of our orders insured so we will need to file a claim with USPS. Unfortunately most of the times USPS is asking to bring the package to the post office for inspection. So please hold to everything including buble wrap and in case they want to inspect the package you will need to bring it to your post office for inspection. After this is completed we will send you replacement.
I know this may be annoying ( for us too) but unfortunately it is the only way that we can claim insurance for broken packages.
We pack our product very well, but they still menage to brake them sometimes.
I have issue with the order.
We don't accept cancellation or returns. We also don't do refunds but if you have any issue with your order please message us right away and we will try to solve it.
I Need To Rush My Order.
If you need to rush your order please message us first to make sure we can accommodate your order. If we agree please choose Rush Order option, this will place your order before other orders. You may still need to choose faster shipping option so make sure to check that too.
