I have always been a crafter...my mom owned a craft store and sold dried flower arrangements at craft shows all around the state when I was growing up. Nothing was more exciting than helping her load up the car and set up shop in a field somewhere and just wait for the people to come. When I purchased my first wood burning tool while getting my Master's degree in Colorado I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Now 8 years and countless wood burned gifts to family and friends later, I finally made the leap into my shop, Burned In Time. From there I expanded my mediums to watercolor painting and linoleum block carving and printing.
My goal as an Etsy shop owner is to create a work of art that you or a loved one will cherish forever. Whether its for a birthday, wedding or just for fun my hope is that I have captured the beauty of the natural world in a way through resonates with you and those you love. I treat each project with the same precision and thought as the last and take pride in each product. All of my items are hand-sketched regardless of medium and there is not a part of the process that I don’t have a hand in as the artist. I even print my own shirts and bags by hand. It is my hope that you can see the time and artistry in each price and they make you as happy as I was making them.
