4 out of 5 starsI feel I was misled by Etsy to even consider this item. I was looking for bath towels with texture. Picture did not help me visualize what I was purchasing. Not what I was expecting at all, and now discouraged that I need to send back. I am less upset with seller than Etsy. Items came nicely packaged, ate soft and have a lovely texture and creamy color. Shipping was fast and problem free. They are not bath towels however, and not what I wanted. Again, my and Etsy’s fault more than seller’s. Seller contacted me promptly, and was clear in her instructions for return. She also politely reminded me that negative star ratings would hit her business unfairly, so I revised my review. Return policy
Busa Designs LLC return policy is simple. Please contact us at busadesigns15@gmail.com within one week of receiving your goods and we’ll do everything to make it right. Product must be returned within two weeks of receiving items. Items must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once goods are received, they will be inspected and a full refund (minus your original shipping cost) will be issued immediately.

International Orders
International Orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks from shipment date. Busa Designs has no control over custom hold ups and is not responsible for any international duty fees. Please provide a phone number and email for swift communication. If a package appears lost, customer must file a claim through the shipping provider. If a package is denied and returned to shipper, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
