About Busted to Beautiful Designs
We sell pre-loved pieces that have been given a new life. Many are vintage or antique pieces and some have sadly been forgotten by their previous families. This means our pieces have a history and with that may be signs of its previous life. We believe these imperfections give our pieces a special kind of beauty and charm.
Any major areas of damage have been repaired to the best of our ability and knowledge and are in good working condition (unless otherwise specified).
Handpainted with Love
All of our pieces are painted by hand. There will be occasional brush strokes and there may be minor imperfections in the finish. That is the beauty of a piece that has been lovingly painted by hand.
Additional photos and information is available for any piece upon request, please message us before making a purchase.
Colors may vary from what you see on your screen due to lighting, screen settings and other variables. We do our best to represent the truest color in our photos as possible by using natural lighting only.

We follow a strict NO Cancellations, NO Returns, NO Refunds, NO Exchanges policy.
We do not offer any sort of warranty or guarantee, please be sure to measure your space and truly love the piece prior to purchasing.
Busted to Beautiful Designs is not responsible for any damage or lost items that may occur during transit. Please inspect your piece immediately upon delivery and note any damage to the shipper as you will need to file a claim with the shipping company directly.

Shipping / Delivery Pieces
Please DO NOT purchase until you have contacted us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs must be agreed upon and paid for prior to purchase.
The size, weight and distance will determine the method of shipping. Your items may arrive on a pallet, crated, boxed, or in some cases, minor assembly may be required. Pallet or crated items will be delivered to your driveway or garage. White glove or blanket wrap deliveries will be carried to the ground floor. Smaller items will be boxed and delivered via FedEx / UPS. All deliveries will require an adult present for signature at the time of delivery.
Damage / Lost Pieces
Busted to Beautiful Designs is not responsible for any damage, lost, or stolen items that may occur during transit.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, we will be happy to assist you with the process of filing and submitting a claim to the shipping company. It is, however, the buyer’s sole responsibility to carry out the claims process with the shipping company once your claim has been filed.
We ship furniture using third party independent white glove shipping companies, all of which are responsible for the furniture once it has left our shop. We ask that you not leave negative feedback regarding errors or issues that occur during transit as these unfortunate situations are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Unforeseen Delays
During this time, there may be unavoidable delays in shipping and delivery dates due to the high demand of shippers, newly established local and national regulations, and precautions with changes to approved operational times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We ask for patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. We will do everything in our power to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
