Please, verify shipping address. Make sure your address is correct before completing payment.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to ship your order to the correct address.

We ship via USPS. Tracking number is included with all orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your package.

Since all items are all handmade and made to order, All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds. We generally start working on your items immediately so that we can try to get them out ASAP. Please just contact me if you have ANY issues with your order and we can work something out to resolve the issue!!!! I always want my buyers to be happy and satisfied!!!

Also, once we ship your items, we are not responsible for damaged or lost items due to the post office.

We are also not responsible for items not received in time of your event due to post office delivery delays.

Once we mail your items, it is in the hands of the Post Office. No refunds will be given due to shipping delays by the Post Office. We will do our best to send your items in advance in order to get them to you in time.
