I never received the item. When I originally placed the order, it was not sent out at all. I messaged the seller some weeks later and asked about it. The seller told me that the item was never even sent out because they were in vacation mode. Nothing was even sent out that day, it was weeks later that I finally received a tracking number. The tracking number never updated, the package never came, and I never heard from the seller again. I tried to reach out again. Etsy had to issue me a refund. Buy with caution from this seller, hopefully, my situation was a fluke.

The review is not based on the item, but the customer service. I purchased this soap on April 5th, but never received it. I’m not sure what happened because the seller reached out to me 5 days later to apologize for the delay and informed me that the soap was ready, but she’s waiting for her shipping supplies and she would ship it out 2 days later. Two days later came and still no shipping notification or update message. I reached out to Etsy for a refund. If you decide to purchase anything, please make sure that the item is in stock first and that she has her desired shipping materials.
