Can you make custom designs, change colors and personalize an order for me?
Looking for something special just for you? We love doing special orders!! Just send us a quick convo and we can get started. No order is ever too large or too small!
What size buttons do you have?
We carry (4) different size pinback buttons in our shop:
1 Inch Mini, 1.25 Inch, 1.5 Inch and 2.25 Inch.
A photo demonstrating the sizes we offer is available in every listing.
Can I request to include or exlude certain buttons?
Absolutely!! At the time of check-out, there will be a box for you to leave any specific notes to us. Here is where you can leave us special instructions for your order. If no note is left, then the buttons are sent as described in the listing description.
Please contact us before placing the order to ensure that your request(s) can be designed and fulfilled.
Are there refunds on special and custom orders?
All custom orders are final and will not be issued a refund due to the personalized and one of a kind nature.
How many buttons come in my order?
5, 10 or 15 buttons.
Depending the listing itself will determine the amount of buttons you will receive, either 5, 10 or 15. Please read the description to determine the quantity within that specific collection.
If the collection comes with (15) buttons, a quantity of (2) will mean that you will be receiving (30).
