However, before I purchased I contacted the buyer to make sure that the image would work without distoration and her response was that it would be fine. It turned out okay, but my friend loved it anyway.

Personalization is dependent on the design you choose and can be a name, initial, monogram (first initial / last initial / middle initial) and occupation title (optional and not included unless requested).

Yes. We would love to design something custom for you. Pricing starts at $2 for custom designs. Each revision after 2 revisions is .50.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will only refund or exchange your customized item if we have made an error on the personalization. If we have made an error, return shipping will be refunded by us up to the cost of the original shipping cost on your order.
