4 out of 5 starsLovely velvet material used but some flaws in the stitching which I would have expected to be better quality due to the high price. I think the light colour stitching detailing also cheapens it a little, a matching colour or even a button might have been nicer. But this is as per description photos so never mind. This was a lot more expensive than I was wanting to pay and from overseas but unfortunately couldn’t find anything similar to meet my needs. Makes my sofa comfier and sizes helpful. The colour is a deep reddy-pink, which I like. Order arrived within the estimated time frame and was securely wrapped for transit and in a protective fabric layer, which was a nice touch. I didn’t seem to get any proper confirmation of my order but when I queried with the seller a week after order, they were quick to update me.

The topper is nice and thick, which I appreciate, because it will inevitably flatten a bit with time and use. Great quality and value. I definitely recommend it.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Refund Policy
Inspection: Once your return is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original condition.
Deductions: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover the loss in quality or any damages.
Standard Returns: Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping fees.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or if the wrong size was delivered, I will cover the cost of the return shipping.
