What are the shipping times?
Estimated delivery times:

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Once your order is shipped it is out of my control, and therefore there is nothing I can do about lost or damaged mail. So you won't get a refund or a new item, I hope this is understandable.
On the other hand; you can always contact me about shipping times or if you have a feeling your order is taking too long, and maybe we can look for a solution together!
(You do get a chance to buy a track & trace code when you're paying for your order. If you do that you will also get insurance and you will be compensated if mail gets lost or damaged.)
Do I get track and trace with my order?
No, because I ship internationally it's really expensive to include track & trace with every order. All orders will be sent by mail to keep shipping costs as low as possible!
