Damaged Items
We strive to have all items arrive in perfect condition, however in the event your item is damaged in transit please send us a photo of the damaged item within 30 days. A replacement order or a refund will be processed. If the item is reported as damaged outside of 30 days or a photo can't be provide, unfortunately we will not be able to refund or send a replacement order.
Custom and personalized orders
If your order is marked delivered and you have not received it, please wait at least 2 days before reporting it to us. Sometimes items are pre marked as delivered by the post and it will arrive within the next couple of days. If you still have not received the item, double check that the address is correct on the order, check with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered, and reach out to us so we can investigate for you.
