There are two ways to access the design: by clicking the teal and white "Click Here" button or by using the underlined hyperlink in the first paragraph that reads, "Here's the Canva link." Both links are active and functioning correctly. That said, I've issued a full refund for your purchase. I appreciate you giving the template a try and taking the time to share your experience.
