A. TOTE BAGS
My tote bags are 100% hand painted with high quality materials.
In order to keep them for as long as possible, please do the following:
1. Hand wash only, using lukewarm water.
2. DO NOT use strong detergents while washing.
3. DO NOT turn the bag inside out while washing.
4. Iron the bag with a piece of cloth between the bag and the iron.

B. JEWELLERY
Though all of my jewellery are protected with a high quality varnish which makes them waterproof, it will help keeping your earrings, necklaces and bracelets for as long as possible, if you keep them away from large amounts of water.

I am always up for new challenges , so don't hesitate to contact me for any ideas you have and want me to make them true for you.
Please remember that custom made items can not be refunded,unless they arrive damaged, as they are made only for you.

All of my makings are a pure result of love and thought.
You can see the shipping time needed at each item's description. Everything, from buying the materials, to creating, packaging and shipping has to go through my hands and I usually ship within 4-5 days after your order. If you are in a great hurry, please contact me BEFORE THE PURCHASE, so I can do anything possible for you.

In case it has been shipped you have to wait for your item to arrive and then send it back to me within 14 days of delivery, on YOUR EXPENSES and you will be refunded the minute the item arrives in my hands.
Please note that personalized orders that have been shipped can not be refunded,unless they have arrived damaged.

All of my orders are sent out using the Hellenic Post OfficeAll sets of coasters and bags are send out with a tracking number. The rest of my items are sent out as simple air mail. This is only because I am trying to keep the postage cost low. If you want me to provide you with a tracking number, all you have to do is choose the shipping upgrade of "tracked postage" at your check out, before you pay.

I don't want our relationship to end after purchasing an item from me.

I try to take photos that show the colors as they truly are, but keep in mind that 2 same handmade items can not be identical and that there are always different screen settings on different devices.
In case you are unhappy with what you get, contact me within 14 days after you have received your package and send it back to me .The item must be in great condition, exactly as you received it. Hygiene items such as earrings can not be returned for health reasons. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
