2 out of 5 starsThe printing of the ballet shoes is so faint they look washed out, as does the printing of the name. Feel embarrassed to give it to my granddaughter as a gift. The package was just left on my doorstep in the rain.

I’m very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. I have confirmed with my print partner that the mug was produced as per the design shown in the listing, which features a softer, muted aesthetic rather than a bold print. However, I completely understand that colours can sometimes appear different in person compared to how they display on screens due to lighting and monitor settings. I also understand the frustration regarding the parcel being left outside by the courier, which unfortunately is outside of my control as a seller. Although the item was printed correctly, I have offered a full refund as a gesture of goodwill because customer satisfaction is very important to me. I always aim to provide high-quality products and a positive experience, and I’m committed to resolving any concerns wherever possible.
