Will I pay customs/import taxes in the USA?
No, absolutely not! We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we cover all customs and import taxes for you in advance. Even though Etsy shows a standard warning about potential fees, please ignore it for our shop. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No surprise fees upon delivery!
How long does shipping take to the USA?
We use Express Shipping for all US orders! Usually, delivery takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We can package your item in a beautiful gift box/wrap. You can select the "gift wrapping" option at checkout. If you want to include a special note, just let us know!

How do I choose the right size?
Our slippers are made according to standard US shoe sizes. However, for the perfect fit, we highly recommend measuring your foot length (from heel to toe) and checking our size chart in the listing photos. Since yarn stretches slightly, they will mold to your feet after a few wears.
How should I wash my crochet slippers?
You can wash them in the machine on a delicate/gentle cycle at max 30°C (86°F). Please do not use bleach. We recommend air drying them flat to maintain their shape. Do not put them in a dryer.
Are the soles slippery? Is it safe for babies?
We use non-slip [Leather / EVA / Felt] soles tailored for safety, making them perfect for hardwood and tile floors.
Is the material itchy? What yarn do you use?
Not at all! We use high-quality, skin-friendly cotton/acrylic blend yarns specifically chosen for their softness. They are comfortable enough to wear even without socks and are suitable for sensitive baby skin.
I am sending this as a gift. Will the price be shown in the package?
No worries! We do not include any price receipts or invoices inside the package. If you leave a gift note at checkout, we will print it on a cute card and add it to the package for you.
