WELCOME! ByTheBy has earringss; hand crocheted and knitted scarves and mitts, hats and headbands, purses and afghans!
Enjoy your visit :)

I have been sewing and doing handcrafts for as long as I can remember!
I used my mom's scraps from the Barbie clothes she made me (beautifully tailored!) to make outfits for my trolls.

Then she taught my brothers and me to knit, and there followed many scarves! Her mother, grandmother taught me to crochet tiny little stitches for lace edgings on pillowcases. From there I worked my way through a book of doilies.

As I got older, I became interested in other crafts and I joined the Craft of the Month Club where they would send you a different craft every month - what fun!

So, from those beginnings, I offer you these items that I have made with my own two hands :)
