If you have a QR code already you would like to use, we can use them on your sign (please just send these via Etsy message after purchase). Most of the time, we create the codes in-house - these are unlimited on scans and last a lifetime. To create a QR code for you, we would require the following:

Instagram - @ name
Tik Tok - @ name
Facebook - Full URL page link
Website - Full URL link
Google Review - Business review link or business name and address
PayPal - @ name
Cash app - $ name
Venmo - Full link containing a long series of numbers (or a screen shot of code)
Zelle - a screenshot of code
WiFi - Network name and Password
For all other options - Full URL link or copies of codes

We can make codes to ANY URL page!

We take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including several layers of bubble wrap, and protective packaging. However, we appreciate the fragile nature of the items mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that this damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - after this time we cannot hold the courier responsible and could be deemed as damaged in possession. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible. Our policy is part refund or replacement only.

ABSOLUTELY! All text can be customised and so can the icons - the signs show the amount of icons that can be used but these can be personalised to suit you so can have Instagram and Tik Tok for example or 2 QR codes (as long as it’s a double icon listing) and the same for the 3 and 4 icon listings - they can be any icons you wish.

Text can be changed to suit as long it’s similar in character lengths to what’s shown (for example if the example sign has 2 lines of text, we can change to your own 2 lines of text but probably couldn’t add a whole paragraph) in keeping with the design. If you have any further questions - do reach out!

If you wish to see a preview of how your sign will appear, we offer a free digital proof on request.

Please be aware this may add some extra waiting time on as we will delay shipping until confirmed. If no response is received to a proof, we will take that as authorisation to go ahead and print as we cannot delay dispatch dates on Etsy.

Firstly, please check if we have dispatched the item (baring in mind my lead times). If it has been dispatched, we always upload tracking at the time. You should be able to check this directly from your order. If not, you can copy and paste the tracking number in the Royal Mail Track and Trace website (or USPS if in the US). We cannot access any different information to what the tracking shows but if an item is over 6 weeks in transit, we can escalate to an International Mail Team. (Any time before then they do not consider late).

If we haven’t yet made the order, you can cancel at any point for any reason. Once the item has been made (it will be dispatched same or next day) it can no longer be cancelled. Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised items unless we have made an error.

We take all details from the notes left on the order including spellings and capitalisations. If you realise you have made a mistake on the notes, please contact us as soon as possible so this can be changed before print. If you only notice after the sign has been made/ received, please note this does not qualify for a refund but a discount on a new sign will be offered at our discretion. If the mistake was made in production, we will offer a complimentary replacement sign if the details do not match those provided on the order.
