For larger orders like yours, I require a delivery signature to help protect such a significant purchase from being lost or stolen after delivery. I do send a quick note when these orders ship if a signature is required so there aren't any surprises, but I know those messages can sometimes get buried. Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I offer customization options for our gift and favor boxes. See individual listings for specifics or contact me directly to discuss details and I will do my best to accommodate your gift giving needs.
All custom orders require proof approval. If no response after 48 hours (or 24 hours for rushed items), I will proceed with the proof that I believe is the best fit to avoid delays.
Can I order custom quantities?
Yes, as long as the pattern/print is available. Sometimes, patterns/prints are no longer available, which lends to the limited-edition nature of my listings. Contact me directly to discuss options and I will do my best to accommodate your gift giving needs.
Are the gift and favor boxes in your store made by a third party?
No. I personally handcraft each box using a dye cutting machine and associated design software. Not only do I enjoy the creative process, I value knowing that my products are made right here in Michigan!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Typically, custom orders take 5-7 business days to process, plus shipping time. Standard orders are usually shipped within 1-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, but I will work with you to resolve any issues.
Is the Free Shipping for orders over $35 standard ground or first class?
Standard Ground shipping applies to the Free Shipping for Orders over $35 feature. For expedited shipping, please contact me and we will do a custom order to include the additional shipping costs.
Can I get a cardstock pattern in a different box size or style?
Yes! Most cardstock patterns you see in my shop can be made into other box sizes or styles (pillow boxes, favor boxes, envelope sets, etc.). If you’d like something different, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
