Information we collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. The additional information we will ask you is a delivery phone number (express delivery requirement) and your measurements for a custom order.

Why We Need Your Information and How we Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to our business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, We may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We accept Return and Exchanges and will do our best to help you. Please follow the instructions.

We recommend that you check your store size charts and select the right size for you before placing an order. Contact the seller if necessary to avoid order errors.

֍ By ETSY recommendation shipping taxes are included in price, This will reflect on your refunded sum in returning items with 20% less than the selling price.

֍ Within 3 days after receiving your order, you must contact us at the ETSY conversation to inform us about problem with your order.

֍ Messages and requests to return and replace items are only allowed on the Etsy platform. As Etsy keeps all conversations between seller and buyer, mistakes and discrepancies will be avoided. Emails sent will not be read.

֍ If you do not contact us within 3 days after receiving your order the product is not subject to refund. If the product is not returned within 14 days of receiving, it is not subject to refund.

֍ The goods must be returned as they have been received. Not washed, remade or worn. It should be with all the original labels.
Labels should not be removed or cut off. If the labels are removed, we will assume that the item is worn.

֍ If the returned item(s) is contaminated with particles, smells or makeup, you will be charged for cleaning it. If the product is damaged and can not be cleaned and sold again, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
The opening of each package will be filmed on a video.

֍ The amount of the merchandise will not be refunded if the item you want to return is made:
- with a personal order,
- There are changes to the original model
- The item is being discussed for making changes (removing or add items) or the garment is made on your personal measurements, different to the size chart

֍ All shipping and customs services and taxes are covered by the buyer.

֍ We recommend:
- send the shipment with a regular post services and registered - so chance of the product being lost is smaller.
- Do not insure the product further because it will cost you extra.
- Do not use unnecessarily large packaging because it will cost you extra.
- Don't write price more than 100 USD. because it will cost you extra charges.
If the shipment is not properly shipped and stopped at customs to pay additional import charges, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Keep all documents as evidence of the shipment and send me tracking number.

The refund for the returned goods is made within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse refund if the return rules are not met.

INCORRECT ADDRESSED SEND SHIPMENTS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER!

It is possible delays in shipments due to holidays or force majeure (unforeseen) circumstances.
If there are unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to solve the problem.

About Return fee.
The return fee is 20% of the value of the returned product. It applies to the amount due from the seller to the buyer after receiving the returned goods. The fee is payable after activation of free shipping for all products and aims to avoid abuse of free shipping. The percentage is formed by the cost of the delivery to be sent by the seller.

If the item you purchased is worth $ 100, you will be refunded $ 80 after applying the return fee
