We print and ship our 2D phone cases directly and work with production partners for other products. Production and shipping locations vary by item and destination. Please use the processing time and estimated delivery shown on each listing and at checkout. Personalized orders may require your images or design approval before production. Items in a matching set may arrive separately.

Choose a listing in our Personalized section, select your exact device model and case style, and follow its personalization instructions. After checkout, send your images through Etsy Messages with your order number. For a photo collage, follow the image-count guidance in the listing. Send your original, highest-resolution files through Etsy Messages after ordering and include your order number. Avoid screenshots or heavily compressed images when possible. A digital mockup is available through our preview add-on listing. Add the preview option with your personalized order, then send your images and instructions through Etsy Messages. We will send the mockup for your approval before printing. Screen colors can vary from the final printed item.

Please request cancellation through Etsy within 2 hours of purchase, in line with our shop cancellation policy. Contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request before production begins.
