The urn was was so securely packaged, it was so impressive. When I took it out, I was overcome by the quality of the piece. It was exactly what I wanted. What I particularly loved about this seller was how responsive and helpful he was. I had this in my cart and saw one day it was “out of stock”. When I asked when he would be getting more in, he said he could make it for me that day. He even engraved more words than what is offered when you go to put it in your cart. I feel so grateful that my grandfathers ashes are in such a work of art. I could not recommend this seller more.

I was really impressed. I didn't want the engraved plate on this urn, but the item wouldn't let me proceed without entering the engraving. I contacted the seller, and he added the option of purchase without engraving for me, and the item arrived very quickly! All around, a great purchase and experience!

The pyramid is every bit as good in reality as the pictures led me to hope. It is beautifully made and arrived in perfect condition. The name on the inscription had one incorrect letter, but as soon as I mentioned it Andrew made up a new plate and sent it with instructions for fitting. My first attempt at fitting went wrong and Andrew then sent me instructions and a video to show how to remove and refit it. So now everything is perfect and I am super happy. If the pyramid is something that appeals to you, do not hesitate to buy. The product is very high quality and Andrew’s customer service is fantastic. Do be warned that the pyramid is heavy (my scales say 6.5kg), and depending upon your country there are import duties to pay on top of the price to Andrew. But so well worth it!
