5 out of 5 starsThis was a birthday gift for my wife and she couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful and well-made. It was shipped well-padded and -packed but unfortunately UPS decided to put it on the bottom of about a 500lb stack. I reached out to Vince, who happened to be in Brazil at the time and he messaged me two or three times very concerned and the day he was back in the US mailed a new power cable (he knew exactly what the issue was) and it now works perfectly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. Hats off and highly recommended based on both product and personal, customer service.
