Still Here

Cynthia here. I've been on Etsy off and on (mostly off) since 2006.? Yikes! I can't believe it's been that long. I'm trying to remember how I got here in the first place.
Oh yeah... I was making stuff for people at my job at the time. Me and one of my co-workers, Brenda, were going to start a business sewing and decided to call it C (for me), B (for Brenda) Stitches. Well..Brenda never made anything., not a stitch. I kept the name. I was at the fabric store and someone said maybe I should try selling online. I started out on Ebay and after a couple searches, I came across Etsy which was fairly new at the time. That's how I got here.
Business started off pretty good then other people start making what you're making and there's a lot more product out there. Then there's 4 shoulder surgeries, a sick mother, 2 elderly kids (ok my late dogs), a full time job and somehow time just kinda sneaks up on you. I admittedly also lost interest for awhile too.
But here I am again. Oh... did I tell you I LOVE fabric!! I wouldn't call myself a fabric addict..ok maybe. This gives me an excuse to always buy more. I like florals, geometric prints, retro prints...
That's in a nutshell is the story of me. I try to keep my price reasonable . That doesn't mean the workmanship is any less than items that might sell for more elsewhere.
