DELIVERY INFORMATION
All my products are shipped with the Royal Mail. If you are buying from the UK or Europe I endeavour to get these shipped to you within 7 working days. If for any reason delivery will take longer, I will let you know by email as soon as possible and keep you updated.
If you need your order in a hurry, please email me and I’ll see what we can do!
LOCAL STOCKIST
I rent a permanent space in All Original, 20 Ealing Green, W5 5DA so it is very easy to purchase my products locally. They are open Daily 10am - 5pm (Sunday’s 11am - 4pm).
Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept and sign for, the order. If you miss the delivery, your order will go to the postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package, it will then be returned to me. Any further attempts to deliver following this would then be chargeable.

Each print is individually rolled in acid free tissue and carefully packed by hand. Delivered to you in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Please take care when handling prints, they are paper and therefore fragile. Please follow my TOP TIPS FOR CARING FOR PRINTS guidelines on my website http://charlotteberridge.com/caring-for-prints. A crease in a print is permanent. I can not take responsibilty for any damage caused by you when handling or framing prints.
