Why should I buy one of your t-shirts?

That's an nice question, let me explain several reasons:

-I always try to find that the clothes are of the highest quality, for example the t-shirts are made with 100% premium cotton.

-The clothes are practically unique pieces that you will not find anywhere else, since the design is drawn and adapted to embroidery by me, in addition, I do not usually do many repetitions of the same thing, so that article of clothing becomes even more exclusive.

-All the pieces of clothing are made one by one especially for you.

-Embroidery lasts much longer on clothing than prints or serigraphy.

It doesn't sound bad at all, right?

Why buy from a small business and not a large company if it is cheaper?

Because large textile companies have a great impact on the environment as they generate a lot of waste, polluting water, creating greenhouse gas emissions and discharges.

So when you buy in my store you are helping a little to improve the environment

It all sounds great, but still why that price?

The clothes are of the best quality, the designs are created by me, not only is the drawing also there is a much more exhaustive work.

All clothing items are tagged with my brand name "C-Charms" and the size tag.

To make the embroidery it is necessary to have several threads, also the thread is put in the upper part of the embroidery machine and another in the bobbin in the lower part of the embroidery area, did you know this? Although the shipping costs are free but I have to pay them at the postal office, so they are already included in the price.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

I always try to prepare them as soon as possible, usually 1 to 3 days, but remember that I make each order especially for you and sometimes I need more time ;)

What do i do if my order has been lost?

All the pieces of clothing that you will find in my store are sent with a tracking number, since in this way it is easier to know where the order is (currently the postal company only provides if it has been sent, if it is in the country destination and occasionally if it is in distribution).

Keep in mind that international shipments usually take between 1 and 2 months.
If after that time the order has not arrived, please contact me.

HELP!! I need my order to arrive in a week or less, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible, but first of all before ordering please contact me.

Can I return an item?

You can only return items to make a change in size and / or color, taking into account if there is stock (contact me first).

Limited edition and one size items cannot be returned (in the latter case it would only be accepted if it was not a limited edition piece and you would like to change the same design to another color).
