Not the fault of the 3D printing team(as they probably used an .stl pattern), but there is a significant design flaw. This vacuum hanger should be attached to stud, so the fastening holes should be vertical. Instead, the holes are horizontal, falling outside the standard 2x4 stud. The cleat itself seems tough-enough for the job, but I will to mount it to a board and then to the wall.
