1 out of 5 starsVery disappointing experience. The silk tie had 2 visible defects on the front, not sure how the seller could have sent it off like that. I realize it’s silk material but the rest of the tie is flawless and that could have easily been a piece that would have been used on the underside of the tie. The colour also was not as described. Not yellow but more gold. The shipping was very expensive. $23.00. The seller was not willing to negotiate. He said he would refund me the cost of the tie but not the shipping. In the end this tiny tie would have cost me over a $100.00. Extremely poor customer service. Seller said he did nothing wrong, He obviously needs to examine and scrutinize his work prior to mailing it out. Very unfortunate, I’ll have to absorb the loss. Lesson learned.

I’m sorry you felt disappointed. bow tie is made from silk dupion, a fabric that naturally contains small slubs which are inherent characteristics of the weave, not defects, and are visible in the listing photos. The colour in the photo you sent appears consistent with my product images and description. The figures stated in the review do not reflect the actual purchase total. Shipping charged was £12 for tracked international postage and was clearly shown before purchase. I offered a full refund of the item price upon return; return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless faulty. I take pride in my work. Each piece is carefully handmade and inspected before dispatch. I'm proud of the many wonderful reviews over the years from buyers who have been delighted with their purchases.

Yet another USA order delayed by customs due to tariffs. Moving forward, all orders to the USA no matter the value will only be shipped using only a tracked service so that buyers can track their parcel's journey. This is until realistic estimated delivery dates are put in place. If this nightmare continues in spite of the changes, then regrettably I will have no option but to discontinue shipping to the USA

1 out of 5 starsI purchased this quality product to arrive in advance of Bastille Day (July 14th). The response came back to expect the product to arrive between July 3rd and 9th. It turned up on July 17th. No explanation given. Not good enough

Rather unfair review. At no point did you communicate with me about needing your order on 14 July. It was however posted in time and could have arrived by that date. You have tracking which shows every stage of your parcel's journey. If you checked you will have noted that your package sat at US customs for a week.This has been the norm since tariffs were introduced. How am I to blame for this. The correct people to direct your anger towards is US customs.
