5 out of 5 starsBy far the best mental health workbook I’ve purchased on Etsy. It doesn’t just skim the surface—it explains OCD in a way that finally made sense to me. The quality is exceptional, it feels incredibly professional, and the exercises are thoughtful, practical and genuinely helpful. You can tell a lot of expertise has gone into creating it. Highly recommend.
