I don't think I've ever received a product so well packed. And the pieces are simply lovely.

The Civil War chess set is beautiful. We were very happy with the quality and details of each character. This will definitely be a keepsake we pass down to our grandkids. I was worried about shipping as we had timing issues due to Ca fires, holiday and such but it was so well packed it made it unscathed. Brian kept in touch every day as we watched what little tracking the USPS gave us. It made it all the way across the US! Thank you Brian.
