I'm afraid not, we work Monday to to Friday 9am to 5pm, we used to be able to send items the same day if ordered before 2pm. But, Royal Mail no longer collect in the afternoon and now collect locally at 9am in the morning, the time we start work and at 7am on Saturdays.

No sorry, our landlord at the studio does not allow us to receive visitors, we have no retail facilities there. Collection from my home is possible but we would normally say no simply because it would be in the evening, we normally work through from 9 to 5 and by the time we get home we just want to eat and unwind or go out for a meal or to see family. Weekends we are not available due to family and religious commitments.

Tracked 24, 48 and International Tracked: If the item does not appear to be moving that could be for a number of reasons. Always check the Royal Mail website as they are more up to date than Etsy. The first scan on Tracked items are when they are processed at Birmingham Mail Centre and in some case they don't even do it then.

Airmail: Airmail is not tracked

1st class and 2nd class letter post is not tracked, unless you have gone for the tracked option it is not tracked.

Regardless of the type of postage you selected, if you have received an email saying that the order has been sent or see that a label has been created, rest assured your order has been sent, label creation happens seconds before it goes in the post bag.

Sorry no. Combining orders is very messy especially when item are returned as they are aspects in Distant Selling regulations that have to be adhered to. In any case there are two of us processing orders, literally both of us can process an order from the same person and not know we have. If you duplicate orders 'by mistake' and want only one order sent contact us A.S.A.P. and we will see what we can do, it will all be down to whether we have processed your order.

Contact me, please do not leave bad feedback and walkaway, remember it is the carrier that has delayed the order and not me, I'm just has badly affected as you are. In 99.9% of cases it is just a day or two late. Please remember there is a procedure for refunds set out by Etsy, I do not administer refunds, Etsy does under their guarantee. So please open a request through Etsy messaging tell us it's late and you will be able to open a case for a refund 2 days later. Etsy will deal with the refund.

Yes and no, due to the laws of the EU I'm unable to send to EEA countries and Northern Ireland, although Northern Ireland is part of the UK. I can send to most countries, if your country is not listed in the dropdown, convo me.
