Do you take custom requests?

I’m happy to take custom requests from repeat customers!

There was a small black paper square in my order. What is that?

If you ordered something with the "gold ball studs" or "gold sparkle studs", I may have included a free anti-tarnish strip in your order. Those particular metals tend to tarnish more quickly, so keeping that little square in the same sealed space as your earrings will help prolong their current state.

I was told my order just shipped, but there's no tracking info yet.

USPS typically arrives in the afternoon to pick up any orders, so try checking back in the evening! In the vast majority of cases, I print the shipping labels the night before the pick-up so the packages will be ready for whenever USPS arrives during that next day.

What is your policy on reselling?

While I have previously had more wholesale-friendly listings, I do not intend for my current listings to be resold. I work very hard to create fun and unique pieces that are purposely priced to be accessible, and wish for them to stay that way while also being able to connect with each and every customer. Thank you so much for your consideration.
