Privacy Policy (Different)
To fulfill your order, you must submit certain information to me (you have given Etsy permission to pass it on to me), such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment information and details of the product you ordered. If you contact me directly (for example, when you place a custom order), you may also choose to provide me with additional personal information.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your data, such as:

- Where necessary to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes or provide customer service;
- When you have given your express consent, which you may revoke at any time.
- When necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with legal proceedings, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax laws
- as necessary for the purposes of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your data to provide the services you request and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with Etsy's Vendor Policy and Terms of Use. I use your data as necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy's Vendor Policy and Terms of Use.

My customers' data is important to my business. I share your personal information only for very limited reasons and very specific situations, as follows:

- Etsy. I share data with Etsy as necessary to provide you with my services and to fulfill my obligations as described in both Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Service Providers I engage certain trusted third parties to perform certain functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery agents. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to provide these services.
- Business Transfers. If I sell my business or enter into a merger, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with Laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information when I believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to/for: (a) respond to legal process or governmental requests; (b) comply with my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

I will retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. Generally, I retain your information for 4 years.
