If you are placing an order for an item that is needed in the immediate future (i.e. 1-2 weeks from now), please message us to make sure we can fulfill your order in time. We may suggest you purchase our "Rush Fee” to expedite your order in our production queue (this will not speed up the shipping method, your order will still ship First Class, but sooner) OR we may suggest that you upgrade your shipping to Priority 1-3 Day Mail (this means your order will still be worked on in its’ normal order, but the shipping method is a little quicker.) Depending on how soon you need your order, we may suggest both.

With any option you choose, we can never Guarantee a delivery date, as we can not control nor are we responsible for any postal delays.

Please contact us with as much info as possible about the changes you would like to make. In some cases, customization may increase the price of an item. If you've already placed your order, we may need to add an additional charge to reflect the customization depending on what you are requesting. This will be done by creating a custom listing for the difference in price.

At this time, we are not offering color changes or customization on digital items such as prop sets or svg files. Changes can only be made to our layered cardstock props and other physical items.

Due to our workload, we are not always able to take on custom orders. Please check with us before purchasing as we may not be able to accommodate your request.

This happens a lot more frequently than you would think! Unfortunately, with the high volume of orders we receive, we can't guarantee that we will remember when it’s time to ship your package and our shipping program will not allow us to save an updated address unless the shipping label is purchased at that time.

We suggest that you place a new order with the correct address and request a cancellation for the original order. If necessary, we will update your ship date on the new order so you won't lose your place in our queue! :)

Once your payment clears (usually within minutes), your file(s) will be available for download. To access your digital file(s), while logged in to the Desktop site, in the upper right hand corner of the website, click "You". Then click "Purchases and reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click the button that reads "Download Files"

Most of our Digital Photo Prop Sets are PDFs and are formatted to be printed on standard 8.5" x 11" letter sized paper. They are password protected and cannot be edited or resized except for by us. You can view and print your files using Adobe Acrobat Reader, another PDF reader, or your browser.

SVG Files can be edited and opened in a vector editing program like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.

If you are looking for a file in a different size or format, please contact us BEFORE purchasing. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will create a custom listing for the order and would email your files to you once they are complete.
