Custom and personalized orders
I gladly accept custom/personalized orders! Please note that processing and shipping may take longer, but you will be notified every step of the way and I will do my best to get your product out to you ASAP! Please do not hesitate to email with any questions prior to ordering.

When Will My Product Arrive?
EVERY product is made to order. I have listed the average number of days/weeks to process and ship. You will be notified of any delays and will receive the tracking number once it ships out!
Do You Ship Products Together if Purchasing More Than One Item?
Depends on the product. While most products can be shipped together to save on shipping. Wreaths, however, will ship separately to protect it from any damage during travel. Making sure you receive a product that is pristine and delivered to you in the form that you see in the photographs. Please email me with any questions regarding this.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders marked as a gift will not be packaged with an invoice/bill of sale. They will receive the message printout created by you at the time of order.
As Etsy does not let us specify which products are not available for gift wrap, please contact me prior to ordering to confirm.
Will My Product Look Exactly Like in the Picture>
Each product is made specifically to order and colors, wood, stains may vary slightly, which makes them unique. I do try and closely match the colors, there may be times when I have had to use different suppliers or the wood that is cut from the same lumber, grain patterns, knots, color may vary slightly.
Can You Change My Shipping Address After Purchase?
No. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure and to confirm your address at the time of purchase.
My Product Was Damaged in Shipment, What Do I Do?
If you receive a damaged package, please contact me IMMEDIATELY so that I can make a claim with USPS.
I do take pictures of the product prior to shipment as well as when the product is ready to ship. I will need for you to take pictures of the damaged product, as well as the damaged box. Once I receive the pictures we will figure out what the best course of action is to rectify the situation.
This does not happen very often, however, accidents do happen in shipment from time to time.
