I've spent years working across databases, development, and IT operations — the kind of work where you're the one fixing things at 2am, tracking down a listener that's gone quiet, or trying to hand over a project to someone else without leaving them guessing.
Along the way, I kept building small tools for myself: checklists to make sure nothing got missed during a health check, trackers to log incidents properly, templates to make handovers less painful. Nothing fancy — just things that actually worked, built by someone doing the job, not designing for it from the outside.
CMDigitals started because I figured other people in similar roles — solo DBAs, small IT teams without a big budget for enterprise monitoring tools, MSPs juggling multiple clients — could probably use the same things. So I started turning them into proper templates and guides that anyone can pick up and use straight away.
Everything here is built with the same mindset: practical over polished, useful over pretty. If a template doesn't save you real time, it doesn't belong in the shop.
