Custom and personalized orders
If you have a special request in mind, please message me with any details or direction and I can share input on colors/design options, turnaround time and pricing. For custom mats: I try to keep pricing in line with the other mats listed in my shop - and there's no additional fee for a custom order, however, sometimes custom requests are more time and labor intensive and may impact pricing.
I try to be as up front as possible, but when in doubt please ask! I work with customers in the custom order process - asking Qs, sharing photos/examples - to ensure we're on the same page and avoid surprises. All sales are final, and please remember everything is individually painted by hand and one of a kind.
Sizing details
Please note the opening size for mats is typically 1/2" smaller than the item being framed - so a 5x7" mat for 4x6" photo will have an actual opening size around 3.5x5.5" to ensure the mat surrounds the item being framed. When in doubt, please message me and ask!
