Custom and personalized orders
Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be accepted on orders that require customization. Calligraphy is an art and as such no two pieces will be identical. Due to the nature of handwritten pieces, it is common for there to be variances in the spacing and size and style of letters. Please note that colors can vary by device. All custom orders are final sale, no exceptions. If an item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can correct the situation.
