I am in love with this rug! Soft, plush, and of excellent quality. The seller is extremely responsive. There was a bit of a delay but I was kept informed. It is coming from India so don't purchase if you need a rush order. Expect to wait at least 2 weeks. Certainly worth the wait. The only flaw was the color of the cream in it. It is darker, more tan than I expected or would have preferred but it is still lovely
