Great piece, would recomment it 100%

It's pretty light, and it doesn't have magnets. However, the flange on the outside fits well over a 49mm IMS Precision Basket and shouldn't come off the portafilter as long as you use reasonable care, AND... it's wide enough to use a Weber Workshops shaker should you choose to do so, or grind directly into the basket. It's deep enough to WDT the dose without getting grinds all over your workspace, and a tamper fits cleanly through it. There aren't many good accessories available for a 49mm basket. This accessory works.
