Etsy should provide a tracking number to the email used to purchase your order. If not, please reach out to us and we can manually provide you your tracking number.

Unfortunately there is not much we can do in regards to a slow order. Please call the USPS and inquire as to where your order is, we have experienced times where that has helped a packaged mysteriously get delivered quicker. If your tracking number indicates that you have not received your order for over a month (in transit status) and USPS cannot provide any further help, we will gladly refund your order.

Wondering what size will fit your pet? We implore you to measure according to the infographic we provide OR if you do not currently own a collar, use a string (even shoe string) and wrap it around your pets neck snugly. Leave about two fingers width of space so that your pet is not gasping for air! Once you feel like it’s comfortable, measure that length against a ruler.

Bandanas + Bows = machine washing is okay! Cold water and color safe soap, please place in mesh laundry bag prior to placing in machine. ✅

Collars = Spot cleaning is your friend here! If you need to wash this collar, please do *not* just chunk it in the washing machine, especially if you have a collar for a larger dog. Washing machines will throw that thing around like nobody’s business and our collars have plastic and metal parts! It will cause unnecessary wear and tear. Hand wash in cold water with a brush and color safe soap. Lay flat to air dry. We use cotton + polyester cotton and the fabric WILL wrinkle. Just lightly press it with an iron and it will be good as new!

Don’t lose hope! Every time a guest has told us their tracking shows “delivered” but there’s no package, actual delivery occurred within a week. For some reason the USPS will mark items as “delivered” days in advance of delivery. Maybe to clear their queue, but we won’t speculate. Please be patient; we’re sure your collars are just late to the party! 🎉

If it says “delivered” and doesn’t arrive due to porch pirates or xyz…I am SO sorry but CSSJBoutique is NOT responsible. We will NOT refund your order OR reship. We provide a tracking number for most orders to facilitate your ability to anticipate and receive your package. Please do not try to twist our arms into a refund/replacement. 🥲

Yes, you can contact the USPS!😎 I will provide the relevant excerpt from USPS’s official site:

“In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a service request may be sent by email to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and a contact within 2-3 business day.”

Q:Well USPS can’t help me and I still don’t have my product so I want a refund!

Please, do not twist our arm on this. Every item is handmade to order and shipped in the expected time frame. We are also under the Seller Protection Program and starting 8/11/2021, every nondelivery dispute will be auto-shut w/the tracking #.

Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t! It is truly WEIRD! Just go ahead and shoot us a message and we’ll make a note in our system to add a charm to your order. 😎👍🏾

Please do NOT do this. ❌ So much more plastic, fabric, and metal is used on these collars, they are HEAVY for a cat. A 3/8” collar is significantly smaller than a 5/8” collar. It doesn’t sound like it, but it is!

Q: But I really like this pattern and you don’t currently offer it for small dogs/cats?

A: we are truly so sorry to disappoint.😞 Let us know you want to see that pattern for small dogs/cats and if enough people request it, we will redesign and order smaller prints! We have done this before! But please do not do just go ahead and order a 5/8”W collar because you like the pattern. Think of your cat!

No. If we don’t already offer the print in a small dog and cat listing, we will not make it into a 3/8” collar. This is likely due to the print being way too big to fit adequately on a small dog + cat collar. The characters are cut off, etc.

We print out the address you submit at checkout. We don’t supplement or change the address and Etsy doesn’t supplement or change the address. We print what you submit. Please double, triple check the address. If it is returned to us, we will cancel and refund your order minus what shipping initially costed us. You can then place another order. We don’t want to be harsh but we are a small business, not Amazon. Please practice due diligence.

You likely left a less than 5 star review without reaching out to us beforehand. Reviews seriously impact us since this isn’t a hobby. so we will refuse future sales to anyone who leaves 4 or less stars. Thanks for understanding. ⭐️🤩
