I loved the product and the communication between myself and the designer. She worked to make sure it was exactly like how I expected and was very patient with me. Her customer service was beyond great and I'm appreciative. She gave me a refund while still shipping my product because of the time it took to create it. By no means was it necessary to do so, but it was greatly appreciated and kind of her!
