Do you offer any refunds?
- No we currently do not offer any refunds due to the nature of the products. Products are digital download's. Please ensure you read the description of the product prior to purchasing. If you have any question's please contact me before hand.

- At this time, there will not be any custom orders being done.
How do I use your printable planner stickers?
- Our printable planner stickers come in various formats for you. You will get the following formats with every printable planner sticker purchase.
* PNG [NOT PRE CROPPED]
* JPG
* PDF
* Cut file [FREE silhouette cut file for machine cutting]
You can hand cut the PNG, JPG, PDF files however, please note, I do design my files to have a slight bleed line to allow for cutting machines to be slightly off. So if you hand cut please be sure you cut slightly smaller than printed or if you don't mind to have a slight overhang of your stickers that is okay also.
Bleed lines are on items such as
- Full Boxes
- Half Boxes
- Washi Strips
- Quarter Boxes
- Etc
[Scripts and deco don't usually have a bleed line]
How do I use digital planning products?

These are fairly easy to use. As long as you have some knowledge of digital planning itself. All digital planning products come in the following:
- PNG files [pre-cropped files]
- Goodnotes 5 file [for those users who uses the paid app for digital planning]
- Sometimes, I offer full sheets of the PNG files [just depends on where I design them at]
__ PNG pre-cropped files is best used by non Apple product users. Such as Android tablet/phone users. However, many Apple product users also enjoys having pre-cropped PNG files so it doesn't weigh down their planning app of choice.
