All prices are in Euros.
After recieving the confirmation for your purchase you have 5 business days to make your payment via PayPal.
If you miss this deadline the purchase will be cancelled and the article will be reinstated if no other course of action has been agreed upon beforehand.

Shipping
Shipment is limited to the European Union.
Purchased item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment if the item is not custom order.
In case the item(s) is custom order it will be made within the amount of time specified in the items' description, beginning with the day payment has been recieved and shipped within further three business days after the day of completion, but usually on the same day (of completion).
If no other option has been agreed upon, items are being shipped uninsured, liability for delay in delivery is excluded.
The buyer assures the accuracy and completeness of his information, especially of the shipping adress, and has to bear all (shimpement) cost resulting from false statements.
If TheCabbit through no fault of its own is not able to deliver the ordered item(s) TheCabbit is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer. In such a case the buyer will promptly be informed about the unavailability of the orered item(s) and any payments already made by the buyer will be refunded without undue delay.
The buyer has to ensure that the delivered shipment is not damaged (externally). Faulty or damaged shipments (e.g. a torn open package) are under no circumstances to be accepted as so doing implies your silent, and binding, consent that said package has been received in perfect condition. In the event of any doubt the packages' content is to be inspected for damage or theft in the presence of the delivery person and if necessary to be confirmed by the delivery person / the Post Office.
Packaging and shipment costs can be found by each article in the shop.
The approximate weight of each item can be found in its description. Said weights do not include the weight of the package or other packaging material.
If total shipment costs appear to be too high when purchasing multiple items a more favorable configuration can be agreed upon BEFORE making the purchase.
Said configuration will then be offered in a new listing which you can purchase.
In the case of goods imports to countries outside of Germany, export restrictions may exist and there may be import duties, which must be borne by the customer. Said import duties vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the correct processing of any necessary duties and fees.
A personal on-site pickup of the goods may take place upon mutual agreement if the payment has already been recieved. Shipment costs will be refunded in cash or, if preferred, by bank transfer after confirmation of the identity of the customer (e.g. by comparing the I.D. with data previously recieved via email) and confirmation of receipt.
