HOW CAN I USE MY OWN LOGO/ARTWORK?

If you have a special logo or artwork that you would like to use, you will need to select "Custom Design" under the Style dropdown box on our listings. Custom logos & artworks have an additional fee.
Please note that we might not be able to accommodate all requests.
For example, unless we have permission from the trademark owner that we can use a logo to sell products for a profit, we cannot engrave anything trademarked.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? EXPEDITED SHIPPING!

Each order takes 1-3 business days to process (excluding holidays and weekends). The transit time after the order ships is usually between 5-10 business days depending on the location.

We understand the hassle of waiting for your items to arrive, so we are now offering affordable 2 Day Express Shipping on select items. [Still requires processing time.]

We will try our best to process and ship out our items in a timely manner, but please understand if the item is stuck in transit.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL, HI, AK, PR, VI AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees to destinations outside the contiguous 48 US states. This includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/Military addresses, and offshore destinations.

Standard international shipping can take 2-3 weeks for transit time. Please note the BUYER is responsible for all duties and taxes accessed by your country. Potential duties and taxes are not included in your shipping price.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER

You may cancel an order within 4 hours after it is placed. We do our best to provide the fastest service, so production will start as soon as we get your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns unless if they arrived damaged or you received a different item than ordered.

First of all we are sorry if that is the case! If you receive a damaged or different item than ordered, you have 5 days after receiving the item to let us know about the issue. We will happily replace the product at no charge within those 5 days.

[What if I approved a proof incorrectly?]

Mistakes happen! If you accidentally approve a proof incorrectly, we will redo the order for you at 10% off the final cost.

No, we will match the text to our style guide that is provided in the description of our listings to help maintain consistency and aesthetics.

For Example:

For all styles that require an initial and no initial is provided, we will default to the name provided.

We will engrave with "L" as the initial and "LAWRENCE" between the lines.

If you would like to engrave your personalization in a specific way please either message us or add in the seller notes that you would like it in a specific way.

We will engrave it as "wEndy wEstEr"

Please note if you are not satisfied with the final outcome we do not offer refunds or returns for this scenario.
